Wow, what a service!! After speaking to a gentleman late Thursday afternoon at Cara who was extremely helpful said his colleague John will be in touch to help. It couldn’t have been ten minutes later, John called who knew exactly what part I needed. I have been calling round searching for a new lock. This company and the staff have gone above an beyond to help me. Their customer service skills are the best I’ve ever encountered. When our Caravan is due for an upgrade I will be using Cara.
