We recently decided to upgrade from our VW T6 campervan to something a little larger. We found a Fiat Ducato 5.4 meter van fitted the bill perfectly. Luckily we quickly found one at Cara motorhomes. And after a visit, where we met Leah and John, we struck a deal which saw us getting our new campervan. We were both surprised and pleased when we found the Cara engineering team had replaced tyres, brakes and timing belt as they were all due or nearly ready to be replaced. Leah kept us up to date with progress with delivery. All in all we are really pleased with the service we received and would certainly recommend Cara, and we wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

Great service room Leah at Cara. As a first time campervan purchaser she was very helpful and patient going through the process with me. There was no hard sell, like I’ve found with some other dealers, and I much preferred communicating via email rather than being bombarded with phone calls. She also kept me informed whilst awaiting info from the manufacturer, even if there was no news to report, so that I didn’t feel forgotten.

Had a problem with a fairly new van, that was not the dealers fault, the dealer resolved it without resistance as you would expect from a quality dealer.
Never buy a caravan in a private sale, irrespective of age- Having dealer cover is needed with caravan, I’m a professional engineer and let me tell you, you cannot check all functionality of a van before driving it away. If this was a private sale I would have taken a big loss.

Me and my wife came across Cara Motorhomes whilst searching for a new motorhome last October. After meeting Leah and the team on our first visit, we knew we were in safe hands! Since buying our motorhome, the level of service we have received from Cara Motorhomes has been exceptional. Without sounding like a complete dinosaur, it’s not very often nowadays you buy from somewhere and still receive great service once you’ve left the premises. I’ve been in regular contact with Leah since buying our Sunlight T58 as we wanted some additional bits adding – she’s been great! I recently dropped our motorhome off to have an awning install(Stuart has done a fantastic job) and was even offered a lift back to the train station as I had no means of transport. Although we are based in Derby and drive over an hour to get to Cara Motorhomes, it’s worth the journey for the peace of mind that our motorhome will always be looked after. Having purchased our Adria Colorado caravan from Barnsdales in Yorkshire who unfortunately went into administration, we were left with the requirement to find a new dealer. Due to our location and other Adria owners reviews the obvious choice was Cara Motorhomes and Caravans UK in Stafford. I went in to see them within about 2 days of Barnsdales closing. They agreed to take on any warranty work that may need to be done along with future services. On Monday it went in for is first service with them and a few little niggles to be repaired. All I have to say is that we are very happy with their service work. John and his team of staff team made the whole experience straightforward to getting everything done. I didn’t expect the photo album of works carried out and checks performed but it’s an excellent record and makes for any easy explanation. Parts found by them that are warranty items that needed to be raised and general excellence communication. Well done Cara Motorhomes and Caravans, Highly Recommended. 5*+ if we could.

We purchased an Adria Adora Tiber in August 2025. Cara were amazing as we weren’t ready with the tow car until October! We cannot fault their service. The handover was excellent, the gift was a lovely touch and the after care was excellent. They even managed to sort an issue with the weight plate for us.
