Cara motorhomes is a Adria main dealer. Wow, what a service!! After speaking to a gentleman late Thursday afternoon at Cara who was extremely helpful said his colleague John will be in touch to help. It couldn’t have been ten minutes later, John called who knew exactly what part I needed. I have been calling round searching for a new lock. This company and the staff have gone above an beyond to help me. Their customer service skills are the best I’ve ever encountered. When our Caravan is due for an upgrade I will be using Cara. And at last I have found a company that can source and supply all Adria parts. Thank you John and to your team for a great experience. Excellent customer service, they actually do what they promise to do. If they say they’ll call you back, they do. We had a slight issue with our Isonzo after handover which was sorted by them. I think this is a sure fire way of measuring good customer service.
Their staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had dealings with John, Ray, Jess and Dale all of whom were pleasant. and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Another great visit over the past few days to Cara motorhomes in order to have some work done on an AutoTrail that was bought earlier in the year. The company and moreover the team that work down there cant be recommended highly enough, they all make us feel really welcome, like friends calling by rather than just customers with a van to look after…..Would highly recommend this company and the services provided to both old and new clients.

These guys are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they even customised the awning rail on my new Adria on the day I picked it up. Go there you will be amazed at the service and the friendliness of the staff (and they supply a cracking cup of tea as you browse their stock)
