Excellent customer service, they actually do what they promise to do. If they say they’ll call you back, they do. We had a slight issue with our Isonzo after handover which was sorted by them. I think this is a sure fire way of measuring good customer service.
Their staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had dealings with John, Ray, Jess and Dale all of whom were pleasant. and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
