We know collecting your new motorhome, campervan or caravan is an exciting moment, but it can also feel a bit overwhelming. That’s why Kev is here to make it simple and stress free. Whether you need a quick 30 minute overview or a more detailed two hour walk through, Kev will take the time to make sure you feel confident before hitting the road.

What Happens During the Handover?

Your handover starts with the exterior of your motorhome, campervan or caravan. Kev will show you how to:

Access external storage compartments
Connect and use electric hook-ups
Locate water and waste points
Use your gas supply
Connect external BBQ points (perfect for summer evenings!)

Then, it’s time to step inside. Kev will guide you through:

Setting up the bed or sleeping area
Using the control panel to manage lights, heating, and power
Kitchen features and tips
Water systems and bathroom setup
Any extras or upgrades you’ve added

There’s no rush – Kev is there to answer questions, run through things more than once if needed and make sure you’re fully ready to enjoy your new home on wheels.

Final Step? Paperwork, Smiles & The Open Road

Once you’re feeling confident, just pop back into the office to complete the final bit of paperwork and then you’re off! But don’t worry, our support doesn’t end there.
